A CASE OF A KID WHO BECAME AN HYPOCRITE ON POLYGAMY

For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men’s shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers. Matthew 23:4

I taught the KID the Bible, and the kid went to join one of the “Christian” church available. And the kid grew spiritually but one thing he forgot, I was the one who introduce him to the Word of God. And there were times when we talked about God and the Bible that the kid thought he knew his Bible so well that he began debating me to the point that I just keep my silence. So it went on.

Years passed, and now the kid had grown into a big man….bigger than me. He had now a wife and kids of his own and was working in one prestigious company. His financial status was even better than me during that time which added the more to his puffed up spirituality.

And so we met, and I told him about how POLYGYNY WAS NOT A SIN AGAINST GOD!

And the kid accused me of many things. He even scolded me…never giving respect to an older man and perhaps his ELDER in the faith! He thought I was some kind of ignorant and vain person. Am I vain indeed? And so the kid told me NOT TO TEACH HIM WHAT WAS SIN IN THE SIGHT OF GOD. I just keep my cool and became silent.

And so he said he was “faithful” to his wife. He said he is not interested in no other woman except his wife. So I tested the kid. I use the cellphone of my child to pretend I was an available single rich girl named CAMILLE and that I lived in one of the subdivisions of the rich. I text him telling him I took his number from their company since my parents are stockholders in that company and that I was interested in him. And so we exchange texts for several weeks.

Then the final testing did come. I asked him if he was married. He talked of other things trying to divert the conversation. I asked again if he was married and finally he said that NO, HE WAS NOT MARRIED! Then I told him that I knew who his sister was and he was troubled so he called me up. I let one of the girls in my household pretend that she was Camille and he continued asking her how she knew many things about him. The girl told him that I was her UNCLE and that I was right where she was. Embarrass the Kid talked to me. And frankly I told him. YOU SAID IT WAS A SIN AGAINST GOD TO ENTER INTO EXTRA MARITAL AFFAIRS? WHY THEN DID YOU DO THIS? He asked for forgiveness right then and there-the kid who thought he could SEE WELL AND HEAR WELL!So careful kids! Donot be puff up…remain humble…so you maybe able to see well!

A FOOLISH WOMAN LEARNS IN THE END?

She was a married woman, and her love affair with her husband started great between them. She was a teacher while her husband owns a public transportation service utility vehicle. Together they earned well, enough to let them live comfortably. But then the wife found out that her husband had an affair with another woman. In response to his ASSUMED INFiDeLITY, she in her pride followed the false ways of modern wives; she took REVENGE! She also had an affair with a young co-teacher which when her husband learned of-all hell went loose in their blessed house. Her husband left her, leaving his children with her.

But she in her pride and hatred of his assumed unfaithfulness took it with a grain of salt. She had grown fond of her newfound lover who was quite young and strong. And we witness there SIZZLING LOVE AFFAIR…I donot know how her husband felt. One of her children became gay…I donot know what became of the rest. She maintained a semblance of normalcy in her daily life….always going out and having fun with her lover…so it went on for more than two years.

But then it happened; the young man had other girls too. So she quarreled him and her girlfriend. Then it came to pass that they parted ways. Now I see her lonely…pouring her time in teaching and getting extra works just to forget. Did she learn anything? Did her priest or her pastor had any word for her? She assumed to know the will of God and His Laws but the fact was she was ignorant of it and the little knowledge she had-she did not obey. She used her own understanding and the prevailing notions and advise of modern women-the advice: WHAT HE CAN DO YOU CAN DO TOO & EVEN A LOT BETTER BECAUSE YOU ARE A WOMAN!

And what was the fruit of her ill informed decision of revenge against her husband for his assumed unfaithfulness-sadness, broken home, estranged children and now she was in danger of becoming a woman who pursues lovers in an unending chase of an idol lover-a husband/lover who was extremely monogamous who would love her alone and no other girl. But such a dream husband is fantasy…created by the BIG BIG LIE of should be monogamy for all men-a fairy tale story-not based at all in the Holy Scriptures!
